A cafe in Tokyo called "The Blue Ark" most commonly known as: Blue Cafe, hosts a number of people on of whom is a vampire. Not a conventional vampire, he doesn't need blood and he's not allergic to sunlight however he does have pale skin, sharp teeth and the ability to turn into a bat. His name is Yuki Hinata. He roams the streets of Tokyo looking for fun, this usually ends up with him beating up a few people with his inhuman strength. and him just walking away with a scrape. One day he walks into the blue ark, and he see's a beautiful waitress it is forbidden love, they are polar opposites and she would never date a vampire! .....or would she?
