The world is known as it was before. But, did it really changed? We're in 2028. The military now rules roughly 50% of the whole human kind. Technology now seems like it doesn't have any limits and no intention to stop, and it looks like everyone has inherited some kind of powers.
Left alone at home by his working over-seas father and mother, the teenager Tatsuki Hirayama is living with his sister, Sasha. Being left with one note " GO TO THE ACADEMY OR WHEN WE GET BACK HOME YOU WILL GET TROUBLE!" from his parents, Tatsuki now sees himself obligated to go to the City Academy, where he will get to know a lot of different people and personalities, and of course, cause a commotion... and a lot of troubles too. To unveil the truth behind the dome, what obstacles will appear, waiting to be solved?
