OK so, I just realised your old icon is Rin Matsuoka (?) from ... some show I haven't seen. I ran across an image today and I was just like ... aHAH.
Hahah, he's a character from the anime Free!, the swimming anime. It's quite a good anime actually, plus guys in swimsuits. :D
I thought that might be it -- I've seen some images on tumblr etc! I loved the color combination of the hat and his hair. Plus I just love those hats.
