can you cut the panels and stack them together so they're scrollable?
I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you wanting the comics vertical instead of horizontal?
Yeah many of Tapastic comics are placing their images vertically, so each image is filling the width of the screen. Seeing newspaper style comics (4 panels across) on mobile phone browser is a pain...
