Oh dear. This is embarrassing. I only just found that Ink giving place thing on Tapas and there were so many messages >< Everyday I become more of a curmudgeon who doesn't know what's happening....
I'm not sure if I need to post this here or not, but I might as well:
My new comic series has started. It's called The Lion The Witch. It's about 'A short, slice-of-life fantasy story about a Witch moving to a new, seaside town' and it'll update Mondays, 4 pages each time.
(ngl, it took me a while to figure out how to even get to this page... when did I become a tech curmudgeon?)

I'm working on some comic ideas (yes, plural) and trying to figure out how best to make it work the next time I do a series and not totally burn out/break myself. I'm thinking no Patreon, but yes Gumroad for people to buy chapters digitally if they want. The pressure to constantly have my Patreon be worthwhile was immense.

- I’m alive
- I’m burned out in a big way and I’ve stopped all freelance work. I don’t know if I’ll ever pick it back up again. I’ve been doing real, paid freelance work for 7 years while doing school full-time and now I’m very tired.
- On a personal level, I’ve been through a lot of shit in all those years as well.
- I’ve come to identify as non-binary, but whatever pronoun is fine. I use she/her in daily life since it’s less trouble for me, if you wanted to know.
Hm. I think that’s all I wanted to say.
