Dear readers:
I'm back. I'm uploading a new comic: Neigbours. It is a 24 pages comic that I tryed to compelte in 24 hours. I failed, of course, but it was fun to try. Anyway, it is finished now, and translated to English. I'm going to update the English verison in six parts, two updates per week. Why? To get exposure... I think.. (?). However, to create this story I asked my FB followers to give me key words, and those were: comunity, stillson wrench, food, Elysia Chlorotica, corpse, graveyard, cats, explsions, social media, red thread, sternocleidomastoids, happy ending, journey. All of this are present in the story. I hope you enjoy it!

Estoy de vuelta con un nuevo cómic llamado "Vecinos". Es un cómic que intenté hacer en 24 horas y falle. Igualmente fue divertido intentarlo. Ahora ya está terminado. Para crear la historia, le pedí a mis seguidores en FB que me propusieran palabras claves. Éstas fueron: comunidad, llave grifa, comida, Elysia Chlorotica, cadaver, panteón, gatos, explosiones, redes sociales, listón rojo, esternocleidomastoideos, final feliz, viaje. Todos esto está presente en la hisotria. ¡Disfruten!

Busy times come this way (I'm going to have a baby!) and I need to make a choice: either keep going with Jolly-Roger-den or dedicate myself to new projects. There will be no room for both things anymore.
I haven't found the way to be sure what's the right decision, so I'm going to have to bet. After four and a half years, I think It's been enough time for JRD and it won't be bad to try something new. This means that JRD is going to enter an undefined hiatus. It doesn't mean that I'm going to leave it forever, but it's still not a sure thing that I will eventually retake it.
To everyone of you that have been with me on this journey and have supported me in different ways, I heartily thank you. Believe me that I feel sad about leaving my characters and everything about them that I wanted to tell you. But, at the same time, new characters and stories have born and I'm eager to bring them to the light of the world. I hope that you will enjoy equally or more the next stories that I'm about to tell you.
See you soon, sooner than you think (I hope...)!

I've gotten involved in a comic festival and it's demanding a lot work. For this reason I couln't finish this day's page. Sorry everyone, I know I'm always like this, but I'm trying. Tomorrow it will be ready!

Para la sección del mangaka moribundo: mientras he estado preparando las impresiones, no he podido evitar la tentación de cambiar cosas aquí y allá. Cometí algunos errores pero ahora ya están corregidos. Ya edité los archibos en Tapas y SJ. Nunca sabrán qué fue lo que cambié. ¡Bwahahahaha!

La recomendación de esta semana: Hiddenfolk, por Kris y Robert. Una historia de drama y terror donde los troll y los bullies resultan ser... trolls de verdad. Sí, jajajá, qué ocurrente, pero estos trolls son gente que se dedica a amargarle la vida a la gente hasta empujarlos al suicidio. Todo muy oscuro y deprimente. Excelente desarrollo de personajes. Un ritmo narrativo verdaderamente magistral.
This week's recommendation: Hiddenfolk, by Kris and Robert. A story of drama and terror where trolls and bullies turn out to be ... real trolls. Yes, hahaha, very funny, but these trolls are people who embitter people's lives until they are pushed to suicide. Very dark and depressing. Excellent character development. A truly masterful narrative rhythm.

For the dying mangaka section: You would think that I have been doing nothing lately. Actually I have been readying JRD's print documents. The ones that I upload are at 72 ppi and I need to modify them to 300 ppi. Not only that, but the texts are only saved in English ('cause I'm dumb), so I have to re-write them to Spanish. I've been busy, even if it doesn't seem so.

Los que subo a la red son de 72 ppp, y para imprimirlos los necesito cambiar a 300 ppp. No sólo eso, sino que sólo tengo guardados los textos en inglés (por estúpido), así que tuve que reescribir todas las páginas al castellano.
