The next chapter of the Undergound is almost finished! I have succumbed and decided to try and use screentones - minimally for now. We'll see how it goes! I will never use a lot though cuz you guys know my penchant for traditional art.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't fallen off the internet haha I started my new job that I told you guys about before and it really has been a challenge to settle in (like any new job). It's a very fast-paced, workload-heavy job (a minimum of 250 verbose emails to go through a week on top of all the other work) but I'm liking it. The Underground will probably be updated this coming week and my mom's cat is currently very pissed off at me because of the pictures I forced it into for the next Life Can Be... episode haha Thx~!

I'm very proud of this so I decided to share ^^
I'm not experienced with still life or that much architecture. The next chapter for The Underground requires aerial shots of the city's houses so, I decided to make a few model homes out of air-dry clay for reference. It was fun and because my work with clay is minimal, I'm quite pleased with how they turned out. I fashioned the Underground's housing (or at least, one part of the city) after pueblos and adobe houses, so the clay worked perfecty~ They're about 3/4 of an inch tall.
