My comic 'Croma' has been on the air for almost six months now, and so I wanted to thank everyone for reading and invite any suggestions, questions or feedback. I know I have a lot to improve on. I am especially going to try to quicken and condense the pacing, seeing as we're many chapters in and the story is barely starting! Oops.
This will be a long-running comic with a large cast of characters, but I will start adding character sheets at the end of chapters to hopefully make things easier to follow.
The current section of the comic is also pretty light on the 'BL' as well, so, I'm sorry if that's disappointing! It's due to the way the story progression has worked out, however, there will be more coming up ;)
Anyway, thank you all for reading, and have a great day!
How important is it to people to have a consistent upload schedule? Like, the same day every week. I am often tempted to just upload my pages whenever they are ready, but it means my uploads are totally unpredictable. What are your thoughts? (readers/creators)
don't hate me. I don't really care about being popular on this app but I write professionally and my main business account has over 5 million followers, I am only bragging because over half of them had to vote on a day for me to update. i ended up posting 2 days a week on the same days for 3 years. It help me challenge myself to keep a tight maintained schedule and it really prepared me as a kid for professional writing. when writing is an after work job, you need to make sure it is just as important as getting to work ontime. therefore, if you are late to update you should challenge yourself to post an extra episode that week, think of it as begging your boss to keep your job and then working your ass off to do better than before when you almost lost your job. hope this helps. btw the main point of this is not to rely on your readers but to challenge yourself to be your own person who believes in what they do ^^ I wish you luck :)
Thanks for your reply! I agree that having schedules is a good challenge, my problem is that I usually finish them early, before the set day. So mybe I should have two days a week that I upload, as well ^^
smart!! if you finish them early then maybe post a longer comic page? or inform your readers that you will be having early posts but regardless you want to try to stay on your schedule regardless. damn, i pry to much. do what you want lol i wont try to invade any more LOLOL ^^
Hello!
FIRSTLY:
I want to announce that I will soon start uploading a side-comic called "Numeral", but it's going to be a BL/yaoi comic (NSFW 18+ !). So if you're into BL, please check it out! But if you're not into that and/or don't want to see NSFW stuff, then just ignore it :) I may also start a gallery for yaoi art, which WILL have adult content, so if you don't wanna see all that, again, just ignore it XD
SECONDLY:
Here are the results of my art raffle! Here are the entrants and final ticket count:
Akai--Me: 1
Rhonder: 2, 3, 9
Neysun: 4
Adrian Hartwright: 5, 6
Moxxi: 7, 8, 10

So the winner is Rhonder!
