Hey everyone, it's me, Jack Rasputen, I've decided to retire my pen name and start writing as myself. I came out as queer last week to the shock of many, and am now trying to live a more authentic life. I'll be publishing a new series soon. I'll be releasing it in stages, but the full book will be available for purchase on Amazon if you just can't wait for the next installment. Much love to you all,
Well shit, it looks like it's been well over a year since I said I was back... I'm bad at this consistency thing lol. I recently wrote a 50k word novel that I'm shopping around, but I wanted to come back to some of these stories. I probably only have time to start updating one for now. Which one would you like more of? Symco and Hodge, Dead Man Walking, or the Helmuth Chronicles?
Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. This thing came up where I almost got my dream job but the interview process was really long and arduous, and then when I didn't get it I got really depressed and stopped writing lol. But I am back! I'm going to focus on finished Helmuth Chronicles and then Symco and Hodge, and if I have time after that I'll make a shot at the current writer's camp. Anywho, hope to see you around the forums!
So, I finally updated Helmuth Chronicles. I was dealing with a bit of writer's block, and then computer trouble, and then a lost draft (excuses, excuses) anyway! It's up and the next one will be up on Wednesday. Dead Man Walking and Symco and Hodge will be up at their regular times. Thanks and happy reading!
Hey guys! Thanks so much to everyone who subscribed and read the Helmuth Chronicles (and/or any of my stories!) during the writers camp. I should have a new episode of HC up later today. Let me just say a big congrats to Rae and Benjamin for winning, and to everyone who participated! It was no small feat.
I started on a Muriel painting last night. Here's how it's turning out so far. Not happy, not unhappy with it either. it's in a meh kind of zone for me.
well, I'm off new and noteworthy and staff picks, but that was a nice little ego boost while it lasted. Thanks to everyone who checked out the story and subscribed, liked, or commented!
Thanks man ... your blog is pretty consistent ... nice... amazing how you have to prioritize time to write.... so curious if you know of any blogs similar to yours and more geared toward artists ... painters, writers, .... things of that nature???
