Hey subscriber peeps, I know I haven't really been very active, even though I promised I would... but if you'd believe it, learning Japanese takes a lot ;u; But no excuses! I've been making some things and I have an episode in the works, so worry not, comix be on the way.
One of the "finished" products I've made recently is an entry for Wintre Kitty's Character Design contest! If you don't know, Wintre will be holding regular contests that include cash prizes for the top 3 placements, and everyone gets to vote! The entries this round are pretty rad, and if you wanna check it out, you can do so here: https://tapas.io/episode/736913
The normal voting is closed for now, but if you donate to the prize pot (which is currently a little small), you get a "second vote", which at this point in the contest is the only way to vote. If you like character design, or if you like contests in general, please donate and vote your favorite design! My character isn't half bad, if I do say so myself (´,,>ω•,,) Each entry also comes with a short story, so make sure to read those too! It's... well, it's telling of the character designs, hahahaha ^^;

Hey all, here's an update on what's going on with the comic.
I'm on my last week in Japan. On the 27th I will return to America, and I will start working on comics again. An episode should be comic relatively soon.
Some changes will be made soon, one of which involves ads. I'm opting out of the Ad Revenue program, because ads suck and I hate them. =D So no more revenue. I also requested that ads be absent from my comic entirely, which may or may not be a thing they can do. But if they can and if they do, then yay! No more ads! This is how I show my love <3
I need some feedback from you guys though. I'm thinking of making a second series. There are comic ideas I don't take up because they don't fit in the criteria for "Why, Though". Would you like to see them? If you guys are into the idea of maybe subscribing to a different series, lemme know and I'll do that pronto. All episodes in "Why, Though?" that don't exactly fit the theme of the comic will be moved there, and I'll continue both in whatever order the ideas come to me.
I'm also thinking of abandoning Patreon and making a ko-fi account instead. Patreon requires commitment, and I don't like the idea of asking you guys to committing to me-- I don't even make content consistently, so Patreon just doesn't work. I will also be supporting Tato by buying a shirt of his- and I had the idea that maybe I can offer shirts too, or some other form of merchandise. If anybody is actually interested in this idea, lemme know. But I imagine offering this kind of merchandise costs money, so if you're not into it, I won't make it =P
Please, let me know what you guys think. I probably won't make any changes until I get a general consensus of what the viewers want. Thanks for being groovy people <3

Fine fine. You should totally make another series. I'd totally sub. As for merch, I'd recommend you build your fanbase a bit first. Also, I hope you enjoyed your trip ^-^

Just curious, which part of Japan have you traveled so far?
I've only been to Fukuoka and Nagasaki, this trip will be the first time I travel to Haneda and Yokosuka. Pray that Japan doesn't get hit too hard by this storm, and pray that our flight works out! It would honestly stink if we had to wait until tomorrow to fly to Haneda ;u;
