Hey, have you heard about Tapas shutting down? Do you have any plans for what you're going to do with this comic?
Hey deedee! As much as I’d like to keep this comic free and available to everyone, I think I may eventually have to make this series Patreon exclusive. I am in the process of putting up all existing pages up onto my instagram and will be posting the next chapter here on Tapas sometime at the end of October - November’s arrival. Beyond that I might just post new chapters on Patreon. I simply won’t be able to finish this story without earning some kind of income from it. Meanwhile there are new pages for my readers to enjoy on my Patreon. Thanks for writing in and listening to me info dump. Hope you are having the loveliest day :)
Hey folks! Consider joining my Patreon for early access to pages every month. www.patreon.com/jandruff
The link is also on the left side of my bio.
This series will remain free for the meantime but you won't have to wait so long between chapters if you do decide to join. It is my dream to work on this graphic novel full time and with your help I might actually be able to finish this story before the world ends or something. If you can't join now, feel free to share this series with any fellow comic lovers.
As always I love love love reading your comments, they drive me to keep on creating this series. My thorny heart reaches out to yours.

Hey 2023. Been back at it with The Inheritors. Because I am a perfectionist nutcase, I rewrote the script as well as refreshed all of the art, with new chapters in tow.
I hope you still have interest for this long stagnated series because I’ll be reposting them starting this Friday, Jan 6th!
Hope everyone had a relatively stress free holidays. May 2023 bring you the best year yet.

This comes as such as pleasant surprise! Was this a recent development, or had you been thinking about revamping the series for a long time?
Woohoo! I am so here for this!
I've been revamping the entire series in the past year since I dropped it to pursue tattooing. Coming back to it I realized I wasn't pleased with the overall writing and art of it, and gave it quite a makeover. Thanks for sticking by it all this time, I really can't believe it's been nearly a decade since I started this series lol
Just as a small note for anyone passing by that don't know just yet, YES, Jandruff is able to tattoo you with her freaking great style... and it's chefs kiss! 😌👌✨
I have been waiting on like, every dropped Webcomic on this gd site, lol. But especially this one m8 =3
Hey people of 2020,
I’ve missed you. Working on some stuff, coming soon.
Love, Jan

YES! The Hype is real! 😃
exciting
hhhhngghhyesssssssssssss!
AHH i've just recently come back to this platform and i'm so pleased to know you're still working on this masterpiece!
Shit it's September already?!?! Welp.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record -- The Inheritors is officially on hiatus till further notice.
At the beginning of this year I naively believed that I could balance a tattoo apprenticeship, keep myself afloat financially, and continue working on this comic. I ultimately found that my attention was divided and that I was getting burnt out despite the lies I told myself about work life balance and time management.
So it's time to be honest and accept that I must not half ass my passions. I want to whole ass my pursuits and growth. For the time being I will stay focused on my apprenticeship but I will 100% return to The Inheritors as creating it has saved me in many ways and shaped my journey as an artist and human being.
Thank you for being so patient, kind, and eager for more of this series. I hope you will keep your eyes peeled for its return.
Ya'll are the real MVP's.

I sadness me when an amazing artist like yourself does not have the time to work on something your ultimately passionate about. You'll get there, we all will.
Jandruff, is totally cool to know yourself and what needs to be done, everyone will still be around when you are ready to comeback, and i am so jealous of the ppl who will get inked by you, you are an amazing artist ^^
You do what you need to do. We'll be here for you when you get back! <3
Thank you everyone. Your support really means the world to me <3
take your time,i´ll wait for you no matter what (owo)
Hey guys! Popping in here for a second to let you know that THE INHERITORS IS NOT DEAD. I have been focusing on a big change in my life and it has been really hard to keep this comic going on a consistent basis.
It pains me that I can only come back to this series even SLOWER than it has already been running but I can assure you that I am still chipping away at it. It is my first and true love and I won't give up on it.
I'd like to show my gratitude and love to those of you that have been sticking with this series through and through. So PLEASE BEAR WITH ME! And many, many thanks. I cannot do this without all your support.
Love, Jan

Hang in there <3 We're here whenever you return!
I don't care that the updates will be slower, as long as you are still here and don't overexert yourself! I am glad to see you back :)
we understand don't worry ^^
Still here! And artists don't deserve this crap, it'll be over soon, because the true casters of their flames and worlds is what I care about amongst the garbage. You are truley one of those flames. Fight and never give up.
you always come first! dont worry about it, and take things at your own pace.
