So another update. I got my tablet back from repairs and they formatted it. I did see this coming but it hurts more than I expected. I lost all my work for June and frankly I don't have the energy to do it to the same quality at this moment.
I'm going to be taking a break for July as well now so I can focus on Tapas' comic contest on at the moment and just to recover emotionally from this loss of effort. I'll be back for August and back to my monthly schedule after that.
I was really proud I was keeping up month to month for so long but this event really dampened my spirits so I apologize for not sticking to my earlier word but I simply lack the heart to jump back into work I've done once before. I will recover, I will try again, I'm just going to give myself a break this one time.

Unfortunate update for June: I dropped my tablet and the screen got horribly wrecked and I've had to send it off for repairs. At best I'll have the next chapter up early July but at worst I'll have to redo all my lineart and shading which I will likely still get done early July but depending on my job may end up taking longer.
I'm the most upset by this, as I generally try to work a month in advance to avoid this type of thing, leaving only the final touches to the end of the month. But my own clumsiness and lack of forethought have lead to what is ultimately only a slight delay. I'll be back to normal for the rest of July (That chapter was already planned to be shorter than usual) but just wanted to let anyone that may be waiting know why I'm not updating for June.
