I have to disagree with you there. The Arkham video game series, the 90s animated series, and a lot of his comics are great, in my opinion.
but was it the batman that made it good, or the awesome setting and villains he has to face?
bit o' both, but lego batman was able to pull it off without all that noir people rave about, and that's something to respect.
