I am an artist living in Brooklyn, NY. I have been a professional illustrator, cartoonist, and painter
since 2009. I was primarily self-taught through a handful of years of failed training at the School of
Fine Art at Ohio University in Athens, OH.

A memory or hope, grief, or a simple gesture of intimacy, trinkets and tchotchkes serve us by calling elemental and spiritual forces into physical being. I want to elevate these objects of personal affection (my own trinkets and those of others and objectification in the abstract) to the magical standing of idolatry, or a place to speak from where the imprint speaks for the object.
