This is a true story. Photoshop saves my butt again by showing me how embarrassed I (and Zack) would be if that was the first look people got of Zachary, from my Marsh Hallows Myst comic. I can never seem to draw him the same way twice, even though he's my main character. Sorry, Zack.
I didn't save the picture of what he looked like. If it was on physical paper I would have burned it.
I was taught a long time ago how if something is flipped upside down or backwards you can see it as if for the first time, or as someone else. This is why I love working digitally.

Yup, mirroring the image does the same thing..... especially horrifying when drawing a straight-on view of a portrait.
