ADHD Problems

I was only recently diagnosed with ADHD as a 27 year old. Because of this, I’m only just now understanding that a lot of the things I do that I thought were major character flaws that made me a bad person are actually due to a disability that I’ve never had the chance to treat. I’m taking medication for it now, but there is a lot that I need to work on! Therapy is helping a lot so far :)
