I'm sure by reading "kippah" and "kippot" (plural) over and over you've figured out what it is, but just to be clear:
Kippot or yarmulkes are head coverings worn by Jewish men, and sometimes women in more liberal denominations of Judaism.
At my shul there are some women that wear kippot but it's only required that men wear them. That's not to say you have to wear one outside of shul, if you're Reform or even Conservative.
Disclaimer: "Conservative" Judaism has nothing to do with politics, and it's actually more well known as "Masorti" Judaism outside of North America.

תודה רבה
This series is a comic diary based around my journey in converting to Judaism.
I rarely see any representation of Jews in any kind of media, and I've never seen it in any comics.
Besides just documenting my own experiences, I also want to educate people about Jewish religion and culture.
Updates Wednesday and Saturday at 6pm!
