I was having a bad day up until I saw that we had hit this milestone! Thank you to all who have become Colonial History's 50 subscribers! (Technically, it's currently at 51 as of writing, but that's because I always sub to my own work to make sure notifications work properly.) When we hit the next 50, I think I'll do my very first Q&A to celebrate reaching 100 subs on a single story. Once again, thank you my Nifty 50! (Works better than Live 25.)

Hello everyone, this is Fidel S. Arbolaez with some important updates:
Before I continue, I want to thank everyone who has subscribed and have been reading my writing thus far! I greatly appreciate your show of love for my storytelling, which motivates me to create more stories. It is part of the reason why I need to do what I’m about to tell you next.
My main story Colonial History will still be continued! However, instead of new episodes twice a week, it will be one episode every 1 – 2 months for a few reasons:
1.) I touched on it already, and it is that I would like to write even more stories to share with you all. Though they are currently just short stories and short novellas I’ve been working on, they still take a bit of energy and effort to create.
2.) Colonial History is approaching the homestretch with its last 8 or 9 (maybe even 10?) episodes, and they’re in the form of interviews with the final being the scholar’s report summary. I really want to make sure I stick the landing with these, so I’ll be spending a lot more time on proofreading and rewriting.
3.) Slower uploads could possibly give new readers a chance to discover, subscribe, and catch up to the story’s current progress, which could bring it closer to acquiring the ability to support my work with ink. This support could really help with funding illustrations and eventual publication, instead of having to rely solely on donations through my Ko-fi account.
(*I greatly appreciate those of you who had and still are donating to my Ko-fi account.)
I do hope you all understand and stay tuned to the series (even after it’s finished) to continue support. Also, it is a good way to keep an eye out for the release of brand-new stories.
Thank you all again for subscribing to and reading my work! I look forward to continue entertaining you all π€

Thank you for subscribing to Two Slow Dancers.
Thank you all for being Colonial History's first 25 subscribers! Looking forward to the next 25, but you all will always be my Live 25! (Might need to work on the name though.)

Thanks so much for all your love and support!here is a surprise, hope you love it!

Hi everyone, I decided to rewrite some of the first two paragraphs in Colonial History's introduction, since one of the main criticisms about it was that it threw too much at the reader at one time. Please, if you read this wall update, do let me know what you think of the fixes. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy!
NO JOKE ALERT:
The main 'Age of the Atroximals' hub here on Tapas will finally be removed on April 1, 2022!
Be sure to subscribe to any of the other three stories in my series library if you haven't done so yet. *Whispers: Sub to the novel especially*

I went through the pages posted thus far and made minor tweaks. Just a heads up, if anyone decides to reread some of the past pages.
