Hello!
So, an update... where to start?
First, I should tell you that things are a bit up the air right now at Tapas after a big business shift. I think it's a good thing for the future of Tapas, but it means a lot of fluctuation on the back end concerning staff, projects, and uploads at this very moment.
Currently there is no one on the back end who can upload my newest episode, which means it's sort of sitting in limbo until that gets all figured out, and they refer me to a new point of contact. I'm very sorry about that. I know you've all been exceptionally patient already! I'm in contact with someone from Tapas who is working to figure things out, and may even be able to set it up so that I can upload the episodes myself, rather than having to rely on one of their staff. That would honestly be a huge relief.
Because the most frustrating part about this is that I cannot help but feel like, in this current state, I am sort of barred from my own story. I cannot update, I cannot edit, I can't really do anything without going through someone on the back end and there seems to be no obvious timeline for when true structure will return. That scares me a bit.
I really hope this is resolved soon. Please know I'm doing what I can to get the next chapter into your hands!

This time of year it is crazy busy at my place of work, so I am not getting many days off let alone time to write! It should calm down after the next month, and I will do my best to get a chapter out soon with the scarce time I have. As always, thank you all for your patience and heartfelt comments! You always succeed at keeping Handmaiden at the forefront of my mind, and a priority!

No worries, totally understandable. I have a crazy-busy-period sort of job as well. Please just look after your physical and mental health and I'll keep my eye on out for new chapter postings. : )

Hi everyone! The exciting time has finally arrived! Handmaiden has released new never-before-read episodes! It's been a really long time coming... almost six years for me since I began the story as a budding writer, just starting to dip my toes into my own original worlds and works. Hi! Welcome back! Actually the story on Tapas has not caught up to the point FP was at yet. It'll probably be about another month or so before we're caught up. It'll probably be about episode 130-135 that will be end of the stuff you already read :) I'll try to check back and update this when we've hit the new stuff. Thanks!

The premium version of Handmaiden will officially be launching June 8th! I'm super excited to finally be able to share it with you all, as both myself and the Tapas team have been working hard to get it ready. I'm so happy that the time has finally arrived.
To everyone who has read Handmaiden, you may find that the story is a little different than you remember! Rest assured that what you loved about the story has been maintained, but you will definitely be in for some new surprises! Certain aspects have been completely re-written from the ground up, to better reflect Tapas's taste and vision, as well as my own. I'm really interested to see old readers reactions to this (partially) new adventure! It's been really motivating for me to be able to rekindle the flame of this story. I sincerely hope that you guys will love it as much as the first time.
