Description
Welcome to Velo City, where the American Dream died.
The year is 2065. Corporations rule over a corrupt world government. The 1% live in lavish luxury while the poor rot away in slums.
Transportation is regulated by DriveNet, a globalized network of self driving vehicles.
Street racers, the remaining few who practice the art of driving, hold illegal races in the dead of night on public roads, piloting the classic sports cars of our time.
Michael Cooper is a talented young driver from a poor family. When a financial struggle threatens his home, Michael ventures into the world of illegal street racing to pay the bills, only to get dragged down a rabbit hole of organized crime and cyber terrorism.
Can Michael save his home by becoming a street racing champion? Or will a shadowy corporate conspiracy and an urban legend change his destiny forever ...

Featuring real world cars and driving techniques, Asphalt Knight: Ignition tells a gritty and realistic tale of speed, action, social commentary, and a little romance. Asphalt Knight: Ignition pays homage to media such as the Fast & Furious movies, the Initial D manga series, the Need for Speed series of video games, and those insane CGI Hotwheels movies.
This story is intended to be the first in a long series with deep lore and an expansive universe.
