Description

In the year 2050, a new virus emerged and spread through a remote city in the US. The virus, classified as Inzomnia, made anyone who became infected unable to sleep, sensitive to sunlight, and hungry for the spinal fluid of humans. They are not like typical zombies, though; they are fast, agile, and intelligent, especially during the early stages of infection.
Many perished or became infected by 2053, although one group of survivors took refuge in the old Sanatorium, trying to find a cure for the virus.
Life and survival are fairly routine for a while until a few of the survivors come upon a mysterious girl lying unconscious after a storm. She seems to have no idea where- or when- she is. She seeks to remember how she got in the city as she avoids hungry Inzomniacs who seem to have a particular interest in her over everyone else.

Author’s note: Some episodes are labelled as “mature” because of violence/blood. It's more of a precaution- the scenes are usually short and not the most graphic- but I'm paranoid.
