Description
A kitsune in Feudal Japan is being hunted for the murder of the royal family. Plot twist: He didn't and would not dream of causing harm to his own kin. He and his underlings are undercover as paid mercenaries, that is until they are discovered, and get sucked into a portal in the future.
A girl who takes care of a shrine with her parents and is studying to be a wildlife veterinarian stumbles across a wounded fox. She nurses it back to health and plans to return him to the wild, but one day when she comes home, it's not there. She thinks nothing of it until a man mysteriously appears before her and requests her aid.
When the fox time travels and the two meet, both their worlds turn up side down.
