There is a story from medieval Ireland in which two werewolves seek out the help of an unnamed priest, and in return one of the wolves tells him secrets of the future. This is a future in which England has wiped out the entire population of the Grey Wolf, a species unique to Ireland, and an important cultural symbol. I myself am not religious, but something about this folk story touched me, something about the interplay of Irish faerie folklore and Christianity. There's something beautiful to me that in the story even werewolves are created in God's image. So, I made this. Enjoy!
