Some places are best left obscure and forgotten.
Bai Jing and Han Xianyang are two scouts sent to survey and report back about a quaint village that's suspected to be harboring some remnants of a bandit group. However bandits are not what they will find. Red Tree Village is a lot more than one would expect.

(More direct description)
This series is in the vein of Silent Hill style horror. It also takes inspiration from Hong Kong horror movies, Japanese ghost movies, as well as 1970's Italian horror. It's set in 1950's China following two military scouts and a countryside girl trying to escape a cursed town that's seemingly infinite and impossible to escape. Expect a weird and frightful journey.
