Henry Tailer is an American weeb (derogatory). He dedicates precious hours of his not-as-precious life to watching obscure anime no one has ever heard of to boast about it online, fantasize about very "realistic" teenagers with plentiful bosoms and plentiful scales, and trying to repress his parents' neglect by starting arguments over the internet about fictional girls' preference of jars. All things that, and he can attest to it, are much more useful than learning "social skills", like how long eye contact should last before it becomes awkward, flirting, or awkward flirting (not that he could distinguish between the three).

But, one fateful day, all of this changes. Henry manages to blackmail his clumsy father, who has lost a bag full of money that he had found in an alley and has to run away from the consequences, into achieving his wet dream of becoming a foreign exchange student at a Japanese school in Akihabara!

How will his new life pan out? Can he actually make friends? Will he manage to get the harem he always wanted(no), or fail and become a sensible person(still no)?
