Janie Stone a sophisticated African-American young woman who's the owner of a famous paparazzo fashion magazine called Stylish Gossip in London. Now, finds out she's one of the inheritors of a shared estate called Angel's Rest in Franklin, Tennessee, from her grandparents' lawyer, Cliff Red. Her grandparents' property was sold to another old couple by a wanted realtor, the day after they bought it. Jason Applewhite, the old couple's second favourite grandson, was the other inheritor. To keep the estate in their family's name, they must be on the property for two weeks to secure the deal.

However, more problems occurred when gold is involved. Janie invited her best friend, Nian Miller, a famous Saint Lucian fashion designer based in Paris to stay with her for two weeks since she wasn't comfortable being there by herself with Jason. Suddenly, the mansion became a house for couples. Rachel Pearlstein, the bakery owner; Jason's cousin joined their stay with his two childhood best friends, a Michelin Star Chef, Kim Yint and Fennell Miguel Cook, a great horse trainer and vet. Golden romances are formed on Angel's Rest as trust, love and faith bring everyone closer together as a family.
