Omoide's soul was created millions of years ago. He has lived through countless eras seeing so much life and death. His purpose is to collect the past life memories of the other 99 souls that inhabit the vessels of this world, and deliver those memories to their god. That is until Omoide's former college roommate, Benjimin, contacts him about his declining heath and haunting dreams along with a confession.
