I think your quality is pretty good! You have a good lineart and pretty awesome action scenes!
About the update schedule it depends mostly about what is most comfortable to you or if you want more views, uploading 2 page every week will get you more exposure and views because it's updated often and you will appear in fresh section while uploading 10 pages every month will give us readers a lot of content but you would not get so many exposure.
