To be honest, it's a little weird, especially at the start. But seeing that it's only like this when he's on drugs it's understandable, and describes the "high-ness" well. I'm always interrested in distopias, and so far: nice work. Of course the art is fenomenal. (But I say this to everyone cause I can't draw for sh*t)
