Sorry you all for the delayed update, I thought i had it set for midnight last night and didn't realize until half way through my shift that that was the case!
Been meaning to post here but every time I go for it I'm on my phone! XD Some big updates, the Kickstarter has 3 more days before it ends and we've already hit the first unlockable goal! Which is a limited edition postcard that is free for all physical reward backers! The next goal to meet is for the Enamel Pin!! Honestly, I'm really hoping we hit that goal cause I WANT ONE!

Hey all! I'm working on something special for you all but I may not finish it before the posting of the next episode this Saturday. My hope is that I'll get it out to you all possibly by Sunday. From then on I want to try and do a World Building Wednesdays kind of deal where I finalize one creature feature, plant description, or another piece of world-building information. For now, here is a tease of what is to come in the future!

We are now officially three-quarters of the way through April! I might be a little bit behind schedule but I'm hoping I can play catch-up over the weekend! This sequence has been in my head for a very long time and it's a massive dose of serotonin to see it visually in comic format! I look forward to sharing this episode with you all once we hit April <3

So I have some thoughts, and they sort of came to me whilst working on one of the new episodes for next year. I know my readership is growing and I've been wanting to commemorate and share gratitude with you all for being a part of this growth. What are ya'lls thoughts on possibly doing a challenge where we design a creature in Starfish Lovers together? Ya'll have the freedom to design it and come up with whatever details big or small about this beast that you want for the contest. I'm even contemplating a 2nd and 3rd place option as well but whoever gets 1st place their creature is featured in the world of Starfish Lovers in future chapters. They get obvious credit for the creature itself, they work with me to figure out its placement in the world and the story, and then of course physical rewards along with probably some form of monetary reward as well. I still have to figure out all of the details cause it's still just an idea but if you all have anything to add let me know!
So I had a realization that I'm at a stage where I can start preparing the first chapter of SFL for print. which means at the very least I'm hoping I'll start the Kickstarter sometime in April which is the 3rd year Anniversary of this comic.
It really snuck up on me and I wasn't anticipating doing it this early but here we are I suppose!!
I'll keep yall updated and I want to make sure that the printed product is perfect before I start the kickstarter so you might get some sneaky peeks of the test prints later!
