That is basically most peoples (including mine, not gonna lie) concept of life. Having enough money to get the stuff you want for yourself and/or family and friends. Because of that mentality people are driven to extreme measures to get it.
I think that mentality isn't a problem in itself. The problem is when those persons want to be kings (elites) and think that if they align to the ideology of elites, they will magically become rich and (supposedly) more clever than the norm. Actually our elites are very stupid for most and care only about their own bums, not ours, so it's really not in people's interest to vote for those. But hope keep them going, however irrational it is, and so there we have it, this absurd painting. Politically-uneducated people voting for extremes that will be their own doom, politically-uninterested people not even voting for the more moderated parties they would normally pick, and a handful of politically-educated fools trying to balance things out. Democracy isn't synonym of absolute freedom, freedom is something that has to be enforced, because it stops where that of another person begins... and in society, that means people must be educated in order to partake in the system, lest the system will fail, because it must be renewed constantly to stay efficient. And to renew it, one must understand it.

Well, he's a fucking idiot without a global vision of the world. He thinks a country can be run like a company, and he's already not the best at running a company, so, really, this can only go to utter disaster. He cannot in any way be allowed to become president, it will just ruin everything.
