Happy Halloween, everybody!
I know I don't post here much these days, but I thought I'd share a bit of Spookday art with you lovely human beings!
Here are the protagonists from "Hero's Dilemma" and it's sequel-ish follow-up, "Prism's Journey" all dressed up for Halloween!
Can you identify the characters they're dressed up as? (No cheating!)

I KNOW, I really should try to keep a schedule. It's more convenient for the reader, so I'll do that.
Starting now, I'll post a new short story to "An Introduction of Sorts" every Monday, whenever possible.
To be clear, though, Introduction is a collection of my short stories-- namely older ones, so things will slow down once I upload everything I have at the moment.
But by then, I should hopefully have started revising chapters Hero's Dilemma, and I'll start posting those.
That's all for now.
Have a nice day, and take care : )

Hey there, everyone!
I'll try to keep this brief.
1) Happy Thanksgiving!
2) I have recently learned that Tapas has made their novel section public to all users, so I will soon start uploading Hero's Dilemma (the written version) as well as the spin-off series.
3) BUT FIRST, I'm going to do some editing to make sure it's all good and pretty for you people! So it won't be JUST YET.
In the mean time, I'll post some of my short stories!
I love my short works maybe even as much as my Argent City stories, so I think you'll like them too.
4) Aside from the brief HD comic, this will be these stories' introduction to Tapas.
I'm really excited, you guys!

I don't think I ever formally announced this at any point, thought it must be clear by now, but Outcast Kingdom is on hiatus for the foreseeable future.
I would love to continue it some day, but I don't know when that will be.
I really super appreciate everyone who followed it, enjoyed it, and/or provided feedback. It means a lot to me to know that my work meant something to someone.
Nowadays I mostly write my stories (I think I am better at writing than drawing).
I just finished Hero's Dilemma, and now I am writing a sequel/spinoff.
(links below)
If you liked Outcast Kingdom, please give these stories a shot.
It's been a delight writing them, and I can only hope that you'd like them as much.
It's been a blast, you guys! And I hope to create more stories that will bring some measure of joy to their readers.
Take care, and best wishes!

Hey William! Thanks for the awesome Cosplay art of Hilda as Gemini. Haha, while her expression doesn't look enthusiastic about it (I can see why, totally different style), I admire the attention to detail that you put into it! I could even learn a thing from your interpretation on her mechanical arm. This event was a lot of fun. Gemini had to actually play as Jrej's Willy, so I can see that many of us got really different material to work with. Thanks again, William!
Hello! Jonny from the Tap Cosplay event here. Here's your pic!
Lentie from Star Watcher playing as your Hilda. Enjoy!

I had a bit of a revelation the other day. I'll try to keep it as brief as I can, but it's kind of an important realization I had concerning Outcast Kingdom.
I don't own a scanner, so I have to bring inked pages of Outcast Kingdom to my sister's place to have them scanned.
The other day, she came over, and I gave her the next page to scan for me.
However, I am the sort of person who worries about things all the time. I thought to myself, "what if something happens to it? what if someone spills food on it, or something like that? what would I do?"
Of course, I would be very upset. I put a lot of work into it. But then, in some small part of my mind, I thought I would be relieved. I would be upset and frustrated that my art had been ruined, but it would also be an excuse to stop.
I felt sad and guilty to realize that something I enjoyed creating was stressing me out so much that a part of me secretly hoped for it to be taken away. I do enjoy making this comic, but comic art is also difficult for me, and it takes so long, and often I feel dissatisfied with the quality of my art (especially when rushed).
I still want to finish this chapter at the least, but after that, I may have to change things up some how. As it is I can't keep up with this. I may continue further chapters as a fully written story, or perhaps a written story supplemented with artwork.
I really don't know what to do yet.
I'm still trying to figure it all out.
But hey-- as long as I have my art and my stories, and people who enjoy them, that's what really matters to me.
If you have any thoughts on the matter, let me know. And also, if I did continue OK as a written story, would you (perhaps) be interested in reading it?
Okay, that's all for now.
Later, cool cats!

No, I'm not dead.
I know I'm behind on OK, but I'm doing the best that I can.
Unfortunately, it's only a hobby. My job takes up a lot of my time, and I have other, more 'serious' projects I'm working on. Namely, on written stories, as well as a new secret poject.
More on that as it develops.
