This is great so far! I don't normally read romances even though I do like love stories, because you can tell by page 12 what the ending will be. I like suspense. However, your writing style more than compensates. This is as intelligent as your MC is. I only wonder (if that's even the right word) that Scar isn't having more of an internal dilemma about what she's doing, if not from a moral then from an ethical, "If I'm found out I could lose my scientific standing because it depends not only on the doctor's recommendation but also on my integrity" standpoint.

I'm so glad! I found success engaging on the forums and reading the work of other authors (if I actually enjoy their posts/premises). About a third will reciprocate in some fashion, and a supportive relationship forms. I seriously don't expect everyone to like my work, it's pretty niche. But when people do engage here on Tapas, they tend to give it their all. Don't give up! ❤
