Angel’s have taken over the world. Slowly they have been exterminating the human race. They have been sent by a higher power who has deemed humans unworthy of living, humans have destroyed the planet and they still are, until they change they will be killed, even if it means they go extinct.

Adelina’s family is dead, killed by the angels. She lives with a renegade group of humans in a small village. They get notice of an angel coming to kill them all, Adelina gets chosen to stay behind, to try to kill the angel while everyone escapes. Her attempt fails, she gets captured and taken prisoner. Throughout her journey there is one question nagging in the back of her head, why hasn’t he killed her?

Caspian is an angel. He has one mission, exterminate the human race. When he is in the process of killing off a small human village. Unexpectedly, he finds one human girl left. She tries to kill him, unsuccessfully. Caspian doesn’t directly kill any humans and he’s already used the bomb he brought to destroy the town, so he takes her prisoner. Caspian had always thought humans were vile creatures, unworthy of living. That was until he meets Adelina, he realizes that some humans are different, that they can change, and are worth saving.

But even if one angel's opinion changes, can the rest, and if not will humanity survive?
